Twill - Prada

The Prada Twill base fabric is a twill with a composition of 96% POLYESTER and 4% ELASTANE, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Upsdell Red with a CMYK of 22 97 83 15. It is an intense and bright color with predominant magenta and yellow tones. This color combines well with golden, orange, and brown tones.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it great precision and image quality. The fabric has a soft and thin texture, which makes it very comfortable to the touch.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and delicacy in texture and touch. On the other hand, the printed color is intense and vibrant with great fidelity in the printed image.

The fabric is perfect for a wide variety of applications and uses. In addition to the applications that have been provided to us, it can be used in the manufacture of trousers, jackets, and coats. Thanks to its composition, it is ideal for close-fitting garments as it provides comfort and elasticity. To maintain the qualities of the material, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Do not bleach, iron at a cold temperature, and do not tumble dry. The fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.

The printing technique used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This technique consists of impregnating the ink into the material by the action of heat. The ink turns into gas and penetrates the fibers of the material, so that the color is permanently fixed.
