Description

The base fabric is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% POLYESTER and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is an English Red, achieved with a CMYK ink combination of 30, 64, 39, and 20, respectively. This color is a solid and vibrant shade that combines very well with brown, gray, and beige tones.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for great precision and fidelity in color reproduction. Printing is done only on one side of the fabric, leaving the other side white.

The base fabric has an elastic, soft, and slightly rough texture to the touch, making it ideal for comfortable and durable clothing. The plain printed color is durable and does not fade easily, thanks to the high quality of the inks used.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are pants, skirts, shorts, dresses, and fashion accessories for both men and women. It can also be used in the making of kitchen cloths, home cushions, and in the creation of decorative paintings and frames.

It is important to note certain care instructions for this fabric, such as no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, ironing at a cool temperature, and dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene. Additionally, this fabric should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, in which heat and pressure are used to transfer the inks to the fabric. This technique allows for high-quality printing, with durable and vibrant colors.
