The base fabric of this textile is called Sarga Bielástica - Lisboa, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is Crimson Red with a CMYK of 0 98 56 0, making it an intense and deep color. Crimson is rich in symbolism, evoking emotions of passion, love, and strength, and pairs particularly well with colors such as black, white, gold, and silver.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the fabric is not dyed, but precisely and clearly printed with color through digital printing technology.
Regarding its characteristics, the base fabric is rough to the touch, elastic, and soft. In addition, it is a versatile fabric that can be used in multiple applications, such as mens and womens fashion, accessories, home textiles, and decoration.
Among the extended applications and uses that we can highlight are the making of pants, skirts, jeans, shorts, and fashion accessories. It can also be used for kitchen, bedroom, and living room cushions, napkins, and different forms of decoration such as canvases and frames.
The care that must be taken for this fabric is essential to maintain its quality, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, ironing at a cold temperature, not using bleach or tumble drying, and dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is polyester sublimation. This printing process uses special inks that turn into gas under high temperatures and adhere to the polyester fibers, creating vivid and long-lasting colors.
