The base fabric, Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, has a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Uniform Blue, with a cyan ink content of 100, magenta of 93, yellow of 19, and black of 4, resulting in a CMYK of 100 93 19 4. This blue tone harmonizes well with colors such as white, black, and gray, as well as with warmer shades like yellow, orange, or green.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with a solid color on one side, allowing for a uniform and high-quality finish. As for its characteristics, Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon has a rough and elastic texture to the touch, with a softness that makes it comfortable against the skin. These characteristics make the fabric resistant and durable, suitable for use in fashion, for manufacturing garments such as pants, skirts, jeans, shorts, dresses, among others.
In addition, the fabric can also be used in textile applications for the home, such as kitchen towels, cushions, napkins, and decorative frames, and is ideal for outdoor use due to its resistance and durability.
It is important to consider proper care to preserve the quality of the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron at a cool temperature, and dry cleaning is permitted except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation. This process involves printing the image on transfer paper with special inks, and then subjecting the fabric to high temperatures and pressures so that the ink adheres to the fabric fibers, creating a high-quality, durable finish with vibrant and sharp colors.
