The base fabric is an organic cotton twill called Florencia, with a weight of 195 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is a combination of orange and camel, with a CMYK of 22 37 60 10. This secondary color symbolizes the earth and the warmth of home, and is technically obtained by the correct combination of four inks. It combines well with neutral colors such as beige, brown, and gray, as well as with more intense tones such as red and dark green. The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side only; it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The base fabric has a soft and rigid texture to the touch, which provides great durability and resistance. On the other hand, the solid printed color brings warmth and a sense of tranquility to any space where it is used. Care instructions for this fabric include no bleaching, not using a temperature above 30ºC when washing, allowing dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and avoiding tumble drying.
Organic cotton twill is perfect for a variety of applications and uses, such as decorating frames and paintings, womens and mens fashion like pants, overshirts, jeans, and shorts, as well as for accessories, toiletry bags, and wallets. It is also used for home textiles, such as cushions for the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, table runners, placemats, tablecloths, and napkins. The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is DIGITAL DIRECT REACTIVE (NATURAL FIBERS), which uses reactive inks to fix the color in the fabric fibers in a resistant and durable way.
