The base fabric is Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 195 gr/m2, and a width of 160 cm. The plain color printed on the fabric is Spanish Orange, with a CMYK of 8 60 100 1. This color has a vibrant and warm hue that evokes the energy and vitality of the sun. This orange hue combines perfectly with white, gray, and soft blue tones.
It is important to mention that digital textile printing is single-sided, so the color will only be printed on one side of the fabric. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and stiffness to the touch. These characteristics allow the fabric to be used in a wide variety of applications, such as decoration, fashion (pants, overshirts, shorts, Bermuda shorts, and jeans), accessories, home textile products (cushions, rugs, blankets, and tablecloths), and other applications, such as toiletry bags and coin purses.
The Organic Cotton Twill - Florence base fabric is a sustainable fabric, which has obtained GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, being a quality option respectful of the environment. Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows dry cleaning, except for the use of trichloroethylene, and ironing should be at a cool temperature. In addition, it is not recommended to tumble dry the fabric.
The printing technology used in this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows high quality and definition in printing, maintaining the original softness and texture of the fabric. This printing process permeates the ink directly into the organic cotton fibers, ensuring durability and resistance to wear and washing.
