The base fabric is an organic cotton twill called Florence, which has a weight of 195 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color is carmine red, with a CMYK content of 27 97 34 20. This color is characterized by being intense and vibrant, which combines perfectly with earthy, neutral and white tones for visual balance. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing.
The base fabric is characterized by having a soft and, at the same time, rigid texture to the touch. This twill is perfect for making clothes such as pants, overshirts, jeans and shorts, as well as for making accessories and purses. It can also be used for decorating cushions, tablecloths and napkins. The appropriate season for this fabric is winter and it has the GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, which makes it sustainable.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is possible, but not with trichloroethylene. It can be ironed at a cool temperature, but should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is reactive direct digital, which is used for printing on natural fibers. This technique allows precise and detailed printing on the fabric, obtaining high image quality and a sharp and vibrant color result on one side. In summary, the Florence organic cotton twill base fabric is a sustainable and resistant fabric, ideal for a wide range of applications and uses, which can be printed in vibrant and detailed colors thanks to digital textile printing technology.
