The base fabric is an Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, with a weight of 195 gr/m2, a width of 160 cm, and a composition of 100% organic cotton. The plain printed color of the fabric is Copper Red, with a CMYK of 17 65 67 5, which translates into a warm and bright color. This color is perfect for symbolizing fire, passion, and strength. It combines excellently with black, grey, gold, and similar copper tones.
Softness and rigidity are two of the main characteristics of this fabric. Its texture is pleasant to the touch, while also presenting a rigidity that allows for better manipulation when making garments and decorations. The single-sided color printed by digital textile printing adds vibrant depth to the fabrics color.
The Organic Cotton Twill - Florence is a versatile fabric that can be used in a wide variety of applications. It is suitable for decoration, fashion, and various accessories. In fashion, it can be used to make trousers, overshirts, jeans, and shorts, among other garments. It is also used in decoration, especially for cushions, tablecloths, table runners, placemats, and embroidery hoops. Due to its natural composition, it is a good option for art and picture applications.
It is important to consider the care instructions for the fabric to maintain its quality. It is recommended not to use bleach and to wash at temperatures no higher than 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, and it should be ironed at a cool temperature. The fabric cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS). This method allows direct printing on the fabric surface, using a fixation process where reactive inks adhere to natural fibers. The result is vibrant, resistant, and durable colors on the fabric.
