The base fabric is Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 195 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm, certified by GOTS. The solid printed color is English Red, with a CMYK of 33 84 78 44. This color is an intense red with a dark hue, with connotations of passion and energy. Its symbolic attributes are strength, passion and determination. Technically, it is a color that is obtained by combining Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black to achieve a dark red hue. In terms of combinations, it can be combined with neutral colors such as white, black and gray, as well as complementary colors such as green and pale pink.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the printing has been done only on one side of the base fabric. The general characteristics of the base fabric are a soft texture and a rigid feel, which makes it ideal for decorative and fashion applications. The fabric is suitable for garments such as trousers, overshirts, jeans and shorts, as well as for accessories such as toiletry bags and coin purses. It is also suitable for the production of decorative items such as kitchen cushions, paintings or frames, table placemats and tablecloths.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene and ironed at a low temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used is reactive direct digital for natural fibers. This implies that a reactive ink is used that penetrates the organic cotton fibers and is fixed by heat and pressure, creating a resistant and durable print on the fabric. This technology also allows the printing of fine details and the reproduction of bright and saturated colors on the printed fabric.
