The base fabric is an organic cotton twill called Florencia, in a natural white color and a weight of 195 gr/m2 with a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is Iris Blue, which is composed of 95% cyan ink and 77% magenta ink, with no yellow or black used in the CMYK mixture. This color is characterized by being a deep bluish tone with a purple hue, providing a sense of mystery and elegance. In combination with other colors, this iridescent blue harmonizes well with apple green, lemon yellow, and coral orange.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the color has been applied only to one side of the fabric and has not been dyed in the manufacturing process. The base fabric has a soft touch but is also stiff, ideal for decoration and fashion applications.
The organic cotton twill fabric - Florencia, is a GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certified fabric, making it a sustainable and environmentally friendly option. The uses and applications of this fabric are various, highlighting its use in decoration, fashion, and home textile products such as cushions, tablecloths, placemats, or table runners. Its use in fashion extends to trousers, overshirts, jeans, shorts, and bermudas, as well as in accessories such as toiletry bags and coin purses.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to use bleach when washing and to iron at a low temperature. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, and a dryer should not be used.
The printing technology used on this fabric is reactive direct digital (natural fibers). This printing technique is performed directly on the surface of the fabric, with the ink penetrating the fibers, achieving high quality in printing and allowing for a wide variety of designs and colors on the fabric.
