Cotton Sateen - White Satin

The base fabric is a white (CMYK 0 0 0 0) cotton sateen, weighing 168 gr/m2, with a width of 150 cm and a composition of 100% cotton. The plain color printed on the fabric is a light annatto red (CMYK 0 67 60 0) that harmonizes with earth tones and intensifies warm and natural hues. The fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side, which allows for great sharpness and color fidelity. The general characteristics of the base fabric include a soft and thin texture, which gives it great drape and an excellent feel.

Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses in fashion garments for men and women stand out, such as shirts, dresses, skirts, and in home textiles, such as pillowcases and bed sheets for the bedroom. In addition, it is an ideal option in the summer season due to its lightness and freshness.

Regarding the care the fabric should receive, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and wash it at maximum temperatures of 30°C. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at a warm temperature. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used for this type of fabric is Reactive Direct Digital, oriented to natural fibers. This technique is characterized by printing directly on the fabric using a high-resolution printer, using reactive inks that penetrate the fibers of the fabric and produce a high-definition and long-lasting print.
