Cotton Sateen - White Satin

The base fabric for this textile is Cotton Sateen, also known as White Satin, a fabric composed of 100% cotton with a weight of 168 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Nadeshiko Pink, characterized by having 0% Cyan ink, 43% Magenta ink, 6% Yellow ink, and 0% Black ink, with a CMYK value of 0 43 6 0. This color resembles an intense yet soft pink, evoking delicacy and femininity. This secondary color harmonizes well with white, light gray, and beige, as well as with other pink and purple tones.

It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the Nadeshiko Pink color on one side only using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.

Cotton Sateen is characterized by having a soft and delicate texture to the touch, and by being a thin fabric that offers some transparency. The printed solid color stands out for its vibrant intense pink color, which remains sharp and clear thanks to digital printing technology. This fabric is ideal for use in various fashion projects, such as skirts, dresses, shirts, and is also a good option for bedding and home textiles, such as pillowcases and sheets.

Regarding care, this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, no bleach should be used, and it can be ironed at a warm temperature. Additionally, it can be dry cleaned with the exception of trichloroethylene, and tumble dried at a reduced temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is Reactive Digital Direct, which is suitable for natural fibers like cotton and allows for high precision in color and design reproduction. This technique involves the direct application of ink to the fabric, allowing for the creation of detailed and vibrant designs without compromising the softness and texture of the base fabric.
