The base fabric is Cotton Spandex Sateen - White Tiger, with a composition of 97% cotton and 3% elastane, a weight of 195 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a light burgundy red with a CMYK of 0 85 36 0, which means it has a high content of magenta and yellow and a low content of cyan and black. This color symbolizes passion, energy, and love. It combines well with neutral tones such as white, beige, and gray, as well as with darker tones such as black and brown.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the color is printed in a single layer and does not extend through the fabric.
The base fabric is soft to the touch and has a very pleasant texture. The printed color is vibrant and durable, thanks to reactive direct printing technology. This technique allows the ink to penetrate deeply into the cotton fibers, which guarantees excellent results in terms of image quality and definition.
Among the most common applications and uses of this fabric are pillowcases, napkins, dresses, shirts, jumpsuits, pants, shorts, bermudas, accessories, and purses. Thanks to its softness and quality, it can also be used in home products such as curtains and bedspreads.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and using the dryer at a reduced temperature.
Regarding printing technology, digital textile printing is a modern technique that uses a specialized printer to print images directly onto fabric. In this case, reactive direct printing technology is used, which allows the ink to adhere deeply to the cotton fibers, creating a high-quality and sharp result.
