The base fabric, Cotton Spandex Sateen - White Tiger, is a cotton sateen fabric with 3% elastane, which provides a certain stretch and comfort when worn. The plain printed color is an intense fulvous orange, obtained by mixing cyan (18), magenta (42), yellow (89), and black (6) inks using textile digital printing technology.
Fulvous orange is a warm, vibrant, and striking color that evokes energy, creativity, and passion for life. It complements dark tones such as black, navy blue, or grey very well, as well as light and natural colors like white, beige, or light brown. In combination with green or sky blue tones, it can create a tropical or summery effect.
The base fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side only, meaning the printed color is only present on one side of the fabric. The other side of the fabric is white.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and pleasant texture to the touch, and a weight of 195 gr/m2. It is ideal for making clothing and accessories, as well as for home uses such as pillowcases or napkins.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, it stands out for making dresses, shirts, pants, shorts, jumpsuits, and accessories. It can also be used at home for making pillowcases or napkins.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used, and for drying, a reduced temperature tumble dryer can be used.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital for natural fibers, which allows printing the color directly onto the fabric to obtain precise and high-quality results.
