The base fabric is a Cotton Spandex Sateen - White Tiger, with a weight of 195 gr/m2 and a composition of 97% cotton and 3% elastane. The color printed on this fabric is a Purple, Boysemberry composed of Cyan (44), Magenta (88), Yellow (29), and Black (21) inks according to CMYK. This secondary color is warm and vibrant, evoking the sweetness of boysemberry and the intensity of purple. It pairs especially well with neutral and earthy tones, such as beige, gray, or brown, creating an elegant and sophisticated contrast.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high resolution in the design and color quality. The fabrics texture is soft to the touch thanks to the sateen finish and the presence of elastane, which gives the fabric greater elasticity.
Among the general characteristics, both softness and comfort in use, as well as the resistance and durability of the fabric, stand out. In addition, the versatility of the fabric has allowed its use in numerous applications such as pillowcases, napkins, dresses, shirts, jumpsuits, pants, shorts, bermudas, accessories, and purses, being recommended for use in the winter season.
Within the applications and uses of the fabric, it has gained greater prominence in home decor, particularly in the elaboration of pillowcases and napkins, thanks to its elegance and softness. Likewise, in fashion, it is widely used for making dresses and shirts, which exhibit an exceptional drape and shine characteristic of sateen.
Regarding the care that should be taken for the maintenance of the fabric, it is recommended not to use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean except for the use of trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and tumble dry at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows colors and designs to be printed with great precision, ensuring high quality and resistance to washing and use. This printing technique takes advantage of the affinity of the inks with the fibers, allowing optimal integration of the color into the fabric without the need for pre-dyeing.
