The base fabric is Cotton Spandex Sateen - White Tiger with a composition of 97% cotton and 3% elastane. Its weight is 195 gr/m2, with a soft texture and a width of 150 cm. The fabric is printed with a solid color, Watermelon Red, with 70% magenta ink, 29% yellow ink, and zero cyan and black ink, resulting in a CMYK of 0 70 29 0. This secondary color is intense and vibrant, evoking the fresh and sweet taste of watermelon. It combines well with lower tones, such as white or black, or with complementary colors such as blue or green.
The fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the solid color is sharp and detailed on one side of the fabric. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture and medium weight, which make it suitable for a variety of applications. The printed color is durable and resistant to washing, which ensures the longevity of the fabric. The applications and uses of the base fabric are diverse and wide-ranging: from womens and mens fashion, such as dresses, shirts, pants, shorts, to the making of accessories, such as coin purses. It is also suitable for creating household items, such as napkins and pillowcases.
It is important to note the necessary care for this fabric. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, it can be tumble dried at reduced temperature, and ironed at low temperature. In addition, dry cleaning with trichloroethylene should be avoided.
The printing technology used for this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS). This textile printing technique uses special inks that are absorbed directly into the fibers of the fabric, creating a vibrant and durable result, without affecting the softness or texture of the fabric. This process avoids waste of material and energy, making it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
