The base fabric of this textile is the Hydrophobic Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2. The solid color printed on this fabric has an amber brown tone obtained by combining cyan (27), magenta (57), yellow (62), and black (20) inks, with a CMYK value of 27 57 62 20.
This amber brown color symbolizes strength and stability, also conveying a feeling of warmth and closeness. Technically, its tone is warm due to the combination of inks used. This tone pairs very well with other warm colors like yellows, oranges, and dark reds, but also with neutral colors such as black, gray, and beige.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it excellent image and color quality, but it should also be taken into account that the fabric is not dyed but printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its water-repellent and antibacterial finish, which makes it suitable for use in outdoor decoration and home textiles. In addition, its rough texture provides a distinctive and original character to garments or decorative pieces made with this fabric.
Among the most popular applications and uses of this fabric, its use in fashion, accessories, outdoor decoration, such as sun loungers, and in home textile pieces like tablecloths and cushions stands out. Furthermore, it can be used in the production of wallets, backpacks, and toiletry bags, thanks to its impermeability, making it ideal for travel and outdoor excursions.
When caring for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and not to use temperatures higher than 60ºC; however, it does allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a warm temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, it is important to highlight that this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester), which means that the ink is transferred directly from a solid state to vapor without passing through the liquid phase, which guarantees the quality and sharpness of the images printed on the fabric.
