Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso

The base fabric is the Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric with a 100% polyester composition, weighing 160 gr/m2 and with a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a combination of purple and navy blue purple tones, with a CMYK of 67 70 0 0. This secondary color symbolizes creativity, originality, and intuition, and it combines particularly well with gray, green, and yellow tones. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing.

The base fabric features several notable characteristics, such as its water-repellent and waterproof finish, which makes it suitable for outdoor use, in products such as sun loungers, garden cushions, and tablecloths. It also has an antibacterial finish to prevent the proliferation of bacteria, and a rough texture to the touch that makes it especially suitable for making handbags and wallets. As for the solid color, its combination of purple and navy blue purple tones gives it an elegant and sophisticated look, making it suitable for use in fashion and decoration products such as pants, living room cushions, and paintings.

Among the recommended applications and uses for this fabric are some of those we have already mentioned, such as fashion, accessories, decoration, and home textiles. Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, bleaching should be avoided and it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 60ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing at a warm temperature. The fabric cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to print this fabric is sublimation, a process by which the colors of the digital design are transferred from a printer to the fabric through heat and pressure.
