The base fabric of the Fresh breathable technical fabric is 100% polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed is red skin red, with a CMYK of 24 73 56 16, which indicates a predominance of magenta and yellow tones in its composition. This secondary color suggests passion, emotion, and vitality, combining well with warm tones such as yellow and orange, and with cool tones such as purple and blue.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees high definition in details and color fidelity in the design. The base fabric has a breathable finish and an elastic texture that makes it comfortable and flexible to the touch. The combination of these characteristics makes this fabric ideal for sports applications such as t-shirts and jerseys, as well as for accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies.
The applications and uses of the Fresh breathable technical fabric are varied. In addition to the aforementioned sports applications, this fabric is suitable for making loose and light clothing, such as dresses and skirts. It is also useful for making fashion accessories, such as bags and backpacks.
The care of this fabric requires special attention. Bleaching and dry cleaning are not recommended, and the maximum washing temperature is 60ºC. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on transfer paper with special inks and transferring it to the fabric using a thermal press at high temperatures. This process guarantees high print quality and high color durability, as the inks melt and penetrate the fibers of the fabric, instead of remaining on the surface.
