Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh

The Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh is a 100% polyester technical fabric with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is a soft pumpkin orange with a CMYK of 0 22 75 0. This secondary color symbolizes vitality, energy, and enthusiasm, and combines well with purple, yellow, and green tones. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high print quality.

The base fabric has a breathable finish, making it ideal for sportswear, and its elastic feel provides comfort and freedom of movement. Furthermore, the printed color is resistant to washing and rubbing, ensuring long durability. The fabric has multiple applications, such as hair ties, scrunchies, and sports shirts for women, men, and children, which makes it versatile.

Regarding care, this fabric does not allow bleaching and the garment should not be dry cleaned. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and not tumble dry it to ensure its durability and quality.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing process of this fabric is sublimation, which is done on a special machine that prints the design on transfer paper using water-based ink. Then, the transfer paper is placed along with the fabric in a heat press so that the design is transferred to the fabric through sublimation. With this technique, high-quality and durable designs can be achieved in printing.
