The base fabric is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Fulvous Orange with a CMYK of 10 44 100 1. This color is described as an orangey tone with a darker, warmer hue, ideal for adding a vibrant and cheerful touch to any garment. Combined with other colors, such as white or gray, a perfect and modern harmony is achieved.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is applied directly to the fabric surface in a single pass. The fabric acquires extraordinary visual quality, with superior image definition and exceptional color reproduction.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, its breathable finish and elastic texture stand out, making it perfect for any type of sportswear or casual garment. In addition, its softness to the touch makes it an ideal option for making hair ties and scrunchies. The applications and uses of this fabric go beyond the common; in this case, the breathable technical fabric Fresh can be used for manufacturing sports shirts for men, women, and children.
Proper care for this fabric is essential for its correct maintenance. It is advised not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, and iron with cool temperature. Dry cleaning and tumble drying are not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, specifically for polyester fabrics. The image is printed on special sublimation paper and transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures maximum color fixation and durability on the material.
