The Elastic Knit Crepe Fabric - Riga features an elastic and textured feel that, along with the printed design of leaves and plants in multicolor hues with tropical touches, brings a sense of freshness and vitality to the garments made. The design, of simple complexity and vector pattern style, allows it to be combined with solid colors in green, yellow, and blue tones to enhance its most tropical version, or with whites, blacks, and grays for a more sophisticated look. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
This fabric has general characteristics that make it perfect for making both womens and mens garments, such as its elastic texture and pleasant feel against the skin. Its applications and uses include dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear in general. Additionally, thanks to its weight of 180 gr/m2, it is ideal for making light and fluid garments.
It is important to consider the proper care for this fabric, such as avoiding bleaching and washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high-quality and high-definition designs on the fabric. The ink is transferred from the paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, penetrating the fibers to ensure that the design does not fade or lose intensity over time.
