The base fabric in question is Glasgow cloth, with a composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, giving it a soft texture to the touch. Its weight is 380 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150 cm. The printed design is artistic in style and simple in complexity, with a pattern that evokes a watercolor painting. The main colors are platinum gray, pepper red, and refractory brick red. This design could combine perfectly with plain fabrics in neutral tones, such as white, beige, or black.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design is only on one side of the fabric. Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it is worth mentioning that its use extends to both the manufacture of clothing, such as coats, jackets, or blazers, and interior decoration, including coasters or kitchen towels.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Dry cleaning and tumble drying are not recommended, and ironing should be at a warm temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of transferring the ink to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, which guarantees greater definition and durability of the printed design.
