The Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 is an elastic and soft-touch fabric featuring a print with an abstract design of multi-colored brushstrokes. This design has influences from street art and painting, and its abstract style evokes a sense of freedom and movement. In addition to the main colors, the design can be combined with solid tones such as white, black, or any other tone present in the print. It is a single-sided fabric printed using digital textile printing, which ensures the design is sharp and vibrant.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric and the design, its elasticity and softness to the touch stand out, making it an ideal choice for sportswear, lingerie, and womens, mens, and childrens fashion. Additionally, it features a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection of 50+. As for the design, its abstract style makes it versatile and suitable for any season and occasion, highlighting its ability to stand out and attract attention.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, ranging from sportswear such as bikinis and swimsuits to fashion items like tops and knitwear. It is also ideal for making scrunchies, bras, and bralettes, and its use in lingerie is very popular due to its softness to the touch.
Regarding the care instructions, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, do not tumble dry, and iron at cool temperatures. The fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation on polyester, which guarantees sharp and high-quality printing. The ink used in this process turns into gas upon contact with the fabric, penetrating its surface and creating a high-resolution image.
