Recycled Lycra fabric is a lycra with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. This fabric has GRS certification and is considered sustainable as it is made from recycled materials. In addition, it is ideal for making sportswear and swimwear, as well as accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies.
The printed design of the fabric features a black and white drawn style. Floral nature is reflected in the flowers that make up the multicolor print. This design can be perfectly combined with solid colors such as black, white, yellow, and pink.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which provides excellent image quality and definition. The characteristics of Recycled Lycra fabric include a soft and elastic texture, a chlorine-resistant finish, and a UV protection factor of 50+.
This type of fabric is ideal for making swimwear and sportswear due to its elasticity and resistance. In addition, it is an excellent option for making accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It should not be dry cleaned, ironed with cold temperature, or tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This technique allows colors and design to be permanently integrated into the fabrics fiber, making the image resistant to the passage of time and continuous use.
