The base fabric is a Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. Its grammage is 280 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The printed design features a black and white, drawn, and floral style with multicolored flowers. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. The fabrics texture is soft and shiny, creating a pleasant visual and tactile sensation against the skin. The predominant colors of the design can be combined with plain tones such as black, white, gray, dark red, gold, and silver.
Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses, including upholstery decoration for chairs, sofas, and armchairs, as well as for creating fashion garments such as pants, jackets, coats, and blazers. It is also ideal for making accessories like handbags, backpacks, and cushions. The fabrics texture and softness make it comfortable for use in garments and accessories, while its resistance and durability make it perfect for upholstery.
It is important to note that the fabric must be cared for correctly to maintain its quality and appearance over time. The fabric cannot be bleached, should not be dry cleaned, and can only be ironed at a cool temperature. Dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene. And it is not suitable for tumble drying.
The printing technology used to create this printed design is called polyester sublimation, which involves transferring the printed image to the fabric surface using heat and pressure. This creates a durable and high-quality design that does not fade easily and remains vibrant over time.
