The base fabric for this design is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, a lightweight fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features attributes in terms of style and colors: abstract with brushstrokes and modern art, in multi-color tones. As for color combinations, this fabric would pair perfectly with solid tones in light blue, pastel pink, or even white.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it a vibrant and defined finish without leaving a heavy feel or ink buildup on the fabric. The characteristics of the base fabric include its visual texture and tactile feel, highlighting its transparency and delicacy.
In terms of its applications or uses, this fabric is ideal for lingerie, wedding dresses, skirts, sarongs, scarves, childrens dresses, and even sportswear. Its use is mainly intended for the summer season due to its lightness and transparency, which make it ideal for fresh and light garments.
It is important to note the special care required for this fabric, such as not bleaching, using a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, in which pigments are transferred by heat and pressure, achieving a durable and high-quality result. Sublimation-printed fabric has the particularity of achieving high image and color definition, allowing for complex, vivid, and high-resolution designs.
