The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is a high-quality elastic fabric composed of 82% Polyester and 18% Elastane, with a soft and pleasant texture and feel. Its printed design is particularly symbolic, with touches of modern art and decorative elements, creating a very striking and original multi-color effect. This fabric combines perfectly with solid colors such as black, white, pink, and green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a double-sided printed fabric but rather printed on one side only.
The Polyester Lycra - Nairobi has several general characteristics that stand out for its quality and durability. It is chlorine resistant, has a UV Protection Factor of 50+, which guarantees very high protection against ultraviolet rays. In addition, it has excellent elasticity and recovery, making it ideal for garments that require adjustment and flexibility. As for the printed design, its sublimation technique on polyester guarantees high quality and definition in the details.
Regarding its applications or uses, this fabric is very versatile and can be used in lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, leggings, and tights, as well as in swimwear fashion to create original swimsuit designs. Furthermore, it is a timeless fabric and can be used at any time of the year.
As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C, iron it at a low temperature, and not tumble dry it. In addition, it allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, sublimation printing technology is a printing technique in which a special ink is used that, with heat and pressure, is transferred from paper to fabric through a chemical reaction to permanently fix itself to the fabric. In this way, a design with high quality and resolution is achieved, allowing for designs with great detail and definition.
