Recycled Lycra fabric - Recycled is a 190 gr/m2 lycra with a composition of 85% recycled polyester and 15% elastane. Its width is 150 cm and it is certified as a sustainable product thanks to its GRS certification and its ability to be recycled. Its printed design has artistic and decorative attributes, with a main multicolor palette. This design can be combined with plain tones of black, white and turquoise.
The design of this fabric has a specific direction and is printed on one side using sublimation technology. The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, is chlorine resistant and has a very high UV Protection Factor of 50+. The application of this type of fabric is varied, but it can be used for making scrunchies, bikinis, swimsuits, among others.
The care that should be taken into account for this fabric is to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not to use bleaches, not to dry clean it, to iron at cold temperatures and not to tumble dry.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of a digital textile printing technique that is used to print on light fabrics, in this case lycra. The image is printed on special transfer paper and transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, producing a high quality and durable image.
