The base fabric is Recycled Lycra - Seal of 230 gr/m2, an elastic lycra with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. This fabric has general characteristics such as its soft texture, chlorine-resistant finish, and high 50+ UPF protection against UV rays thanks to its construction.
The printed design is tropical, with a vector pattern of fruits like watermelons. The main colors are Margarita Pink, Pepper Red, and Cherry Red. In addition to these, this fabric can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, and green, making it very versatile for garment manufacturing.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. On the one hand, the fabric allows the garment to be chlorine resistant, elastic, and with UV protection. On the other hand, the stamped design is characterized by being attractive, with a tropical pattern and excellent color matching.
The applications of this fabric are varied, highlighting its uses in lingerie, for sports swimsuits and bikinis, as well as in leotards and sports leggings for men, women, and children. These garments, thanks to their fabric technology, provide the necessary comfort and elasticity for practicing water sports and for skin care and rest.
It is important to note that this fabric should be cared for with a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, should not be bleached, does not allow dry cleaning, and cannot be tumble dried.
It is worth noting that the printing of this fabric is done by textile sublimation. In this process, designs are printed on sublimation paper with special inks, and the image is transferred to the fabric by heat and pressure, leaving the stamped design fixed with high quality and resolution, without cracks or imperfections in the print.
