Cotton Touch Jersey Knit - Athens

The base fabric we are talking about is the Punto Jersey with Cotton Feel - Atenas, a knit fabric with a composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. It has a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it extremely comfortable to the touch and to use. Its printed design is abstract in style, with spiral shapes presented in several main colors, such as multicolor. These main colors can be combined very well with solid colors such as black, light gray, or beige. It is important to highlight that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a modern and current finish.

Regarding the general characteristics, the base fabric is an excellent option for both fashion garments and home textiles, due to its softness and elasticity. As for the design, the abstract spiral shapes offer a modern and very striking decorative finish, capable of standing out on its own in any garment or accessory. Its applications are varied, being able to be used in fashion garments such as sweaters, tops, dresses, cardigans, scarves or socks, and in home textiles, such as blankets, living room or bedroom.

It is important to take into account the care of this fabric, which includes not bleaching, avoiding temperatures above 30ºC, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. Likewise, it is advisable to wash this fabric inside out and with garments of similar colors.

Finally, the printing technology used for this base fabric is sublimation (Polyester), which allows the printing of sharp and clear designs, with bright colors that do not lose quality or intensity over time.
