Glasgow cloth fabric is a textile that stands out for its composition of polyester, viscose, and elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by its simple complexity, belonging to the home decor style with a theme of plants and petals, in a multi-color main color range. This design could be well combined with a solid brown or gray color to complement the fabrics color palette.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, which is known as a direct printing process on the surface of a fabric without the need for an intermediary.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are highlighted by its soft texture and high resistance, making it ideal for use in applications such as tablecloths, coasters, coats, blazers, jackets, anoraks, among others. Furthermore, its use is perfectly adapted to the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.
Regarding the care this fabric requires, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C and not to bleach it. Likewise, it is advised not to dry clean and to iron at a warm temperature, avoiding tumble drying.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of a process that uses heat and pressure to transfer sublimation ink onto a polyester fabric, resulting in a vibrant and durable finish.
