The Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric is a stretchy and soft fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is sustainable, as it is GRS certified and made from recycled materials. In addition, its printed design with stylized folkloric and floral motifs in dark carnation pink, cotton white, and light pink gives it a decorative and natural touch. It can be combined with plain colors such as black, white, and pink to create different contrasts.
The Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric, printed with the one-sided digital textile print design, is characterized by its soft and elastic texture, its chlorine resistance, and its UV protection factor 50+. These characteristics make it ideal for sports and fashion applications, mainly swimsuits and bikinis, although it can also be used for making scrunchies.
It is important to follow specific care recommendations for this fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature, and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. This process ensures the fixation of colors to the fabric to guarantee its durability and resistance to washing.
