The base fabric for this design is Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, a technical textile with a composition of 100% polyester and a lightweight grammage of 70 gr/m2. Its width of 145 cm makes it perfect for manufacturing waterproof garments, such as jackets and raincoats, as well as shower curtains. The fabric has a waterproof finish and a soft, thin feel. The printed design has standard complexity, with brilliant and iridescent styles in multi-color tones. This design could perfectly combine with plain fabrics in shades of gray, silver, black, and white. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm is a highly water-resistant fabric due to its hydrophobic properties. Additionally, its lightness makes it perfect for sports and fashion garments, for men, women, and children alike. The fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC without using bleach and ironed at a cool temperature, but it does not allow dry cleaning or tumble drying. It is important to care for it correctly to maintain its hydrophobic properties.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high-definition and high-precision printing, guaranteeing vibrant and long-lasting colors. The sublimation process involves printing the design on special paper, which is then adhered to the fabric with heat and pressure, allowing the ink to transfer to the fabric in vapor form before solidifying. This process ensures high-quality printing and resistance to washing and use.
