The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra called Cairo, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is characterized by being elastic and soft to the touch, and has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection of 50+.
The printed design features a distorted paint technique and modern art, with multicolor as the main colors. It combines perfectly with other solid colors such as black, white, and red, allowing for endless design possibilities.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is only on one side of the fabric. This printing offers sharpness and detail in the image, and ensures that the design does not fade over time.
The fabric is ideal for a wide variety of applications and uses, from sportswear to lingerie and swimwear. It is also perfect for making knitwear, tops, and bras. In addition, this fabric is very resistant and durable, making it perfect for frequently worn garments.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash at no more than 40ºC and not to use bleach. It is also possible to dry clean except using trichloroethylene, iron at a low temperature, and not to use a dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves applying ink to a paper transfer sheet, which is then placed on the fabric and subjected to high temperature and pressure so that the ink is permanently transferred to the fabric. This method allows for high-quality and highly durable designs.
