Velvetleaf - Dublin

The base fabric of this textile is Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, which is composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, providing a soft texture to the touch and a brilliant visual sheen. Its grammage is 280 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The printed design is artistic and colorful, inspired by nature with the image of a rainbow in the sky. The main colors of the design are pearl pink, light blue, and sun yellow. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.

Due to its characteristics, this corduroy fabric is ideal for furniture decoration, such as upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for manufacturing fashion garments such as trousers, jackets, blazers, and bags. Furthermore, its use in decorating cushions, baskets, and accessories is fitting thanks to its soft texture. The corduroy fabric can be combined with plain colors such as pink, blue, and yellow, as well as with earthy tones like browns and beiges.

It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric, which include not bleaching it, washing it at maximum temperatures of 30°C, ironing it at a low temperature, and avoiding tumble drying. Dry cleaning is recommended, except for trichloroethylene.

Finally, the technology used in the printing of this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester fibers to achieve a durable fixation of the design and high definition of the colors.
