The base fabric is a cloth made of polyester, viscose, and elastane, known as Paño - Glasgow. This fabric has a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its softness and texture make it very attractive for various uses such as coats, jackets, blazers, and kitchen towels. Additionally, it is perfect for making altar textiles and coasters.
The printed design features a lizard motif and has been printed using single-sided sublimation technology. The main colors are mint cream green, darkseagreen green, and seafoam green. This design is very simple and has a drawn style, as well as childrens animal motifs. It combines perfectly with plain fabrics in beige, cream, coffee, and dark green shades.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric and design have a soft touch and a very simple complexity. It is ideal for the autumn/winter season, and its uses can vary greatly, thanks to its composition and weight.
This fabric requires certain care for its proper maintenance. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, not to dry clean, iron at a warm temperature, and not to tumble dry.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This means that the design is printed on a transfer paper sheet which is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows for very high color and detail fidelity but requires fabrics with a high polyester content.
