Polyester Lycra - Nairobi 270 gr/m2

The Lycra Polyester fabric - Nairobi of 270 gr/m2 features a very original and striking printed design, perfect for making sportswear or swimwear. The animal print with lizard drawings in green and cream tones is very attractive and combines especially well with solid tones of green, white, or black. It should be noted that the fabric is printed on one side only by digital textile printing, so care must be taken when cutting and making garments so that the design is correctly placed.

As for its characteristics, this fabric is very elastic and soft to the touch, as well as chlorine resistant and with very high UV protection 50+. On the other hand, it has a grammage of 270 gr/m2 and is composed of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. With these characteristics, the fabric is perfect for making lingerie, swimwear or sportswear such as bikinis, swimsuits, tights or leggings.

To keep the fabric in perfect condition, it is important to follow the care instructions, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, ironing at a cold temperature and not tumble drying. In this way, the durability and good appearance of the fabric are ensured.

Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows for high quality and durable printing. Thanks to this technique, the printed design is perfectly integrated into the fabric and does not fade or wear out with use and washing.
