The 270 gr/m2 Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi is a high-quality elastic fabric ideal for manufacturing sportswear and swimwear, as well as lingerie and tights. This fabric has a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, which gives it excellent elasticity and resistance. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, making it perfect for use in swimming pools and sunny environments.
The printed design on this fabric is of simple complexity, with a home decor style and a velvet-like texture. The main color palette is multicolor, allowing it to be combined with different solid color shades.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which guarantees good image quality and vibrant colors.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric and design, it is important to highlight its soft and elastic feel, as well as its excellent resistance and durability.
In terms of applications and uses, in addition to those already mentioned, this fabric is also ideal for manufacturing dresses and fitted garments. Its high elasticity allows for great body adaptation and a perfect fit.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and not to bleach it. It is also recommended to iron at a cool temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of transferring the design using heat and pressure onto the previously prepared fabric. This method allows for great color fidelity and excellent image quality.
