The base fabric, Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, is a knit fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. This fabric has a soft texture, is elastic, and opaque. The printed design on this fabric is an abstract style, with drops of different shapes and colors. The main color palette is multicolor, making it a versatile option to combine with various solid colors.
The fabric has wide applications and uses, such as lingerie, knitwear, fashion tops, sports tops for women, men, and children, as well as accessories like hair ties and scrunchies. Additionally, the fabric is single-sided printed using the sublimation technique (polyester).
It is important to note that this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, cannot be bleached or tumble dried, and can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene. When ironing the fabric, it should be done at a cool temperature on the reverse side.
Regarding printing technology, sublimation allows for high image quality, making it a good option for vibrant and durable prints on polyester fabrics. This printing technique works by applying liquid ink that evaporates and penetrates the fabric fibers. The result is a high-quality print that does not lose its vibrancy or wear out with washes.
