The base fabric is a Twill-Prada, composed of 96% POLYESTER and 4% ELASTANE, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is a soft-touch fabric with a thin texture. Its printed design features a simple style and modern art, with additional hurricane and smoke elements in a wide variety of multicolored colors. This single-sided design printed by digital textile printing could be perfectly combined with solid colors such as white, black, beige or gray.
The Twill-Prada fabric with its printed design offers excellent general characteristics for making womens/mens fashion garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses and dresses, as well as accessories such as scarves. On the other hand, this fabric is ideal for the summer season thanks to its lightness and freshness.
To keep the Twill-Prada fabric with printed design in good condition, it is advisable not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and, if necessary, dry clean it unless it contains trichloroethylene. It is also recommended to iron it at a cold temperature and refrain from using a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is SUBLIMATION (POLYESTER). This process consists of printing the image using special inks on transfer paper and pressing said paper onto the fabric using a heat press, which allows the ink to transfer to the polyester with permanent color fixation and high definition. This technique is resistant to fading caused by sunlight and washing, thus maintaining the quality of the printed design.
