Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a polyester fabric with a density of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is in a simple and modern art style, depicting a hurricane and smoke in multicolour. This design can easily be combined with solid colours such as white, black, red and beige. The fabric is printed with the design on one side by digital textile printing. The texture is rigid and its touch is hard.
As for the attributes of the fabric, it is perfect for making jackets, blazers, coats, dresses, skirts, bomber jackets, waistcoats, shorts, bow ties, caps, cushions, and other fashion garments. It is also ideal for home decoration, for cushions in living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens, as well as for outdoors.
Precautions should be taken when washing it, do not bleach and its maximum washing temperature should be 30ºC. In addition, it is recommended not to use a tumble dryer and to iron at a low temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which is a process by which the design is printed directly onto the fabric with special inks and fused with the fabric fibre through the application of heat and pressure. This guarantees high colour quality and durability in the print.
