The base fabric is called Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its composition makes it water and wind resistant, making it ideal for outdoor garments such as trench coats and raincoats, as well as for outdoor decoration such as cushions and awnings. Its waterproof finish and rough texture give it a grainy appearance. As for the printed design, it stands out for its complexity and colorfulness, inspired by modern art with references to artistic paintings. The printing is done by sublimation technology on polyester fabric, resulting in a single-sided printed fabric. The design combines a range of main multicolor colors that can be complemented with solid colors such as black, white, navy blue and red.
As for the general characteristics, the Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric is a resistant and durable fabric, which adapts to a wide variety of applications and uses. In addition to those already mentioned, it can also be used in the manufacture of backpacks, bags, sofa and chair covers. For its part, the printed design adds a touch of originality and personality to any project. As for care, it is recommended not to bleach, not to dry clean, iron at cold temperature and not to use a dryer. For washing, cold water should be used in a gentle cycle and it can be air dried or tumble dried, but at a low temperature. It is important not to use bleaches or chemical products that may damage the fabric or the printed design.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation. This process is carried out by transferring a printed image through heat and pressure onto the polyester fabric. When heat is applied to the ink paper, it turns into gas and is printed on the surface of the fabric. Sublimation provides a soft-touch and durable finish, capable of withstanding years of use and washing.
