The base fabric for this printed design is a Jaspeado - Dubai Jersey Knit, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2. It has a width of 160 cm and is designed for use in knit garments for men and women, especially t-shirts. This fabric has a smooth and elastic texture, as well as a translucent and mottled visual finish that makes it very attractive. Its printed design is botanical and decorative, with artistic multi-colored flowers. This design could be combined with neutral solid colors such as white or black, or even with more vibrant colors such as pink or green.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design is printed only on one side of the fabric and not on both. This printing technique allows for high definition and a wide variety of colors and designs.
The fabric is soft to the touch and elastic, making it suitable for clothing. In addition, its polyester composition makes it resistant to stretching and deformation with use. Its applications and uses are wide, although it is specially designed for knit garments such as t-shirts, its texture makes it useful for creating other types of garments.
Regarding the care this fabric should receive, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene and ironing at a cool temperature, but it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation, which works by thermal transfer of the printed design onto the fabric. This technique is widely used in the textile industry and allows for a great variety of designs and colors.
