The base fabric is 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra, a sustainable and elastic lycra with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. This fabric has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it ideal for sportswear or for making swimsuits and bikinis. In addition, the fabric is soft to the touch and has excellent elasticity.
The printed design is inspired by Hawaiian culture and tropical nature, with artistic flowers and floral motifs. The main colors are multicolored, with shades of pink, green, blue, and yellow that evoke the lush vegetation of the Hawaiian islands. This design combines perfectly with plain colors in shades of green, blue, and pink, as it is based on those same colors.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the back of the fabric has a different appearance. Sublimation printing technology on polyester ensures high print quality, with vibrant and defined colors that do not fade over time.
As for the uses and applications of the fabric, apart from the aforementioned swimsuits and bikinis, Recycled Lycra can also be used for making scrunchies and hair ties. In addition, its elasticity makes it ideal for sportswear and for fashion clothing with a snug fit.
It is important to take into account the care of the fabric, which cannot be bleached or dry cleaned. Washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironing at low temperature, and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer are recommended.
In summary, the 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra with the multicolored tropical printed design is a sustainable and elastic fabric, with a resistant finish and very high UV protection, ideal for sportswear and making swimsuits and bikinis. Its design is vibrant and evocative of Hawaiian culture, combining perfectly with shades in the range of greens, blues, and pinks. The fabric is printed with digital sublimation technology on polyester, ensuring high quality and durability of the print.
