The fabric in question is the Fine Water-Repellent Fabric - Storm, a technical textile composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its printed design features abstract brushstrokes of modern art with predominant tones of midnight black, plum pastel red, and pepper red. This digital textile print is applied to one side of the fabric. Its texture is delicate to the touch and has a water-repellent finish that gives it impermeability.
This design is complex and artistic, generally used in fashion garments such as mens and womens jackets, as well as in shower curtains and sports raincoats for adults and children in the winter season. The water-repellent fabric is ideal for these uses due to its resistance and durability. Solid colors that could combine with this print are white, light gray, and pastel pink, which would provide a contrasting and soft look.
It is important to consider the necessary care for this fabric, as it does not allow dry cleaning and should be washed at maximum temperatures of 40°C, and for ironing, a cool temperature should be used. Furthermore, the garment should never be bleached or tumble dried, as this can cause irreparable damage to the fabric and the print.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which is based on the process of direct ink transfer onto the polyester fabric through heat and pressure. The result of this technology is a crisp and durable print with vibrant colors that are resistant to wear and fading.
