The base fabric is Amsterdam Satin, a light and soft satin/raso of 120 gr/m2, composed of 100% polyester. Its width of 150 cm and the digital textile printing used only allows printing on one side of the fabric. The printed design of this fabric is photographic in style, with a fairly simple pattern complexity and a texture that resembles wood. The predominant colors are jay blue at 43.59% and sonic silver gray at 15.66%. This design could combine very well with other plain colors such as white, black, dark gray, and dusty pink.
The visual texture of the fabric is shiny, making it ideal for elegant fashion garments. In addition, its feel is smooth and quite thin, making it ideal for garments that require drape and movement. The fabric is suitable for numerous applications, including womens and mens fashion, such as shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, jumpsuits, and tops; lingerie such as pajamas; wedding dresses and suits; kimonos; and accessories such as scarves. Its season is timeless, although it adapts very well to the autumn/winter 2021 season.
Because it is a delicate fabric, it is advised not to use bleach when washing and not to iron at high temperatures. The fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and dry cleaning is allowed, always avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a low temperature.
The printing technology for this fabric is sublimation, which uses heat and pressure to transfer the digital design to the fabric through polyester ink. This allows for a high-quality design with a resolution of up to 1440 dpi, ensuring a sharp and durable image.
