Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas features a simple, decorative printed design with natural elements such as artistic flowers and blossoms. The design also includes abstract elements like a kaleidoscope. The main colors are multicolor, allowing for great versatility in terms of combination options with other solid colors.
It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning it is not a double-sided printed fabric, but rather single-sided. The general characteristics of the fabric include a rough and stiff texture and an opaque appearance. These attributes, along with the weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm, make it an ideal fabric for decoration applications such as frames, paintings, cushions, baskets, placemats, and upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning with solvents is possible, iron it at a cool temperature, and it can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high-quality printing on polyester fibers. During the sublimation process, the ink turns into vapor and infuses into the fabric fibers, offering a durable and fade-resistant result. This technology is also environmentally friendly and reduces resource consumption compared to other printing methods.
