The fabric is a polyester lycra called Cairo, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which provides great elasticity. It has a weight of 220 gr/m2 and comes in a width of 150 cm. The printed design is of simple complexity, highlighting a gastronomic theme with fruits such as raspberries and blackberries, as well as berries. The main design is multi-colored. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Cairo fabric has an elastic and soft texture, making it very comfortable to wear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. The printed design is characterized by vibrant colors and has a clear gastronomic theme.
Regarding the applications or uses of this fabric, it can be used for making sportswear, lingerie, mens and womens fashion in knitwear and tops, as well as for accessories such as scrunchies. It is also ideal for womens and mens swimwear, in its bikini or swimsuit version.
To keep the fabric in perfect condition, it is important to follow the manufacturers recommendations, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC, allowing dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a cold temperature, and avoiding tumble drying.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which means that the design is printed on the fabric through the use of special inks that vaporize into a gas. This provides high quality and durability to the design printed on the fabric surface.
