The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, a knitted fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. This fabric is characterized by its softness and elasticity, which makes it ideal for lingerie, bodysuits, bras, tops, and knitwear. It is also perfect for sports accessories such as scrunchies or hair ties. The printed design is characterized by its simplicity and gastronomic theme, featuring fruits such as raspberries, blackberries, and berries. Its main colors are multicolor, allowing it to be combined with plain colors such as white, gray, or black.
This design, printed on one side by digital textile printing, integrates perfectly into the softness and opaque texture of the base fabric, creating a fusion of softness and color. In addition, the fabric features sublimation technology that allows the design to be fully integrated into the weave of the fabric without affecting its elasticity or softness.
Regarding the general characteristics, it should be noted that both the fabric and the printed design have textures that adapt perfectly to the body, and the fabric is elastic and opaque. In terms of applications, in addition to those already mentioned, it is also ideal for underwear, leggings, swimwear, and sportswear.
It is important to note that the care of this fabric requires avoiding the use of bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, ironing at a low temperature, and not using a tumble dryer. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. This allows the design to be completely integrated into the weave of the fabric, creating a sheet resistant to washing and the effects of time.
